Year 6 outdoor classroom cooking

Year 6 made minestrone soup using their knife skills and using a bridge hold to cut red onions, red peppers and courgettes into small cubes and then adding them to the vegetable bouillon stock, tinned tomatoes, pasta stars, garlic granules and basil. Everyone tucked in and most of the pupils liked it, having second and third helpings!
